very quotable

from tonight’s Episode of “House, M.D.” which, I think, is almost my favourite show now that Desperate Housewives has finished.

House: … The point is, what are the kid’s chances without it?

Chase: Minimal at best. The poison’s broken the blood-brain barrier.

House: I assume “minimal at best” is your stiff upper lip British way of saying “no chance in hell”?

Chase: I’m Australian.

House: You put the Queen on your money. You’re British.

And all the people said, “Amen”

    Desperate Housewives?

Does your mother know? She had such high hopes for you.

And putting the Queen on their dollar has done a lot for its value I see.

Regarding your question: There are directions I wanted to go with the site and couldn’t get going with those because I was having trouble with some of the basic functionality of what I was already supposed to be able to do. It was frustrating. I sought help from webmasters that I know and they all said it was xanga. I tried desperately to get help from xanga and got nothing. I’ve been with blogspot just two days now and am moving at light speed compared to before. Blogspot has drawbacks too, but it works for what I want.

Which reminds me. I am looking for an on-line calendar to link too. My church has one that is way more than I need and is a subscriber service. Something simple like you would find in an e-mail manager or desktop package but that is web based. Do you or anyone know of anything?

“House: You put the Queen on your money. You’re British.”

Although House has a brilliant medical mind, he suffers from the disease epidemic to most Americans, a total ignorance of anything outside their borders.
