Ok, so this is going to seem a little bit strange for some of you…
I was just listening to the Eagle’s “In a New York Minute” (please don’t try and explore why…) and I remembered that it’s the music playing in the TV show Friends in episode 117 at a specific moment. The moment is when Ross “connects” with his monkey, Marcel.
But why do they play that music?
After all, the song is all about relationships breaking down – which is the exact opposite of what goes on in the episode.
Don’t you just hate it when they butcher the meaning of a song like that?
