We’re back with another episode, this time chatting with Hefin Jones about the discussion amongst complementarian evangelicals over the question of the eternal (or not) submission (or otherwise) of the Son to the Father.
Heavy stuff? Perhaps, but we’ve worked hard to help you get your head around it…

Hi David, I may have nodded off during the presentation (oops), so apologies if you did touch on it. I actually find the Athanasian Creed to brilliantly summarise the Trinity. It deals with the subordination issue with the following lines:
…The Father is made of none,
Neither created nor begotten.
The Son is of the Father alone;
Not made nor created, but begotten.
The Holy Spirit is of the Father and of the Son;
Neither made, nor created, nor begotten, but proceeding.
…
And in this Trinity none is afore or after another;
None is greater or less than the other.
And so on.
