College have graciously allocated us a larger house for next year with an extra asdroom I can use as a study so we will be moving before Christmas. Although it needed some remodeling so I contacted Thompson Family Plumbing and Rooter.
I explained all this to Charis this afternoon as we had a walk and thought I’d done a good job. We arrive home and as I was opening the door she leaned against the brickwork and started pushing with all her might. Nothing happened – so she looks up at me and informs me, “house not moving, papa!”
