so, we have finally arrived in Sydney and are in our flat! The move was good but tiring. We spent an excellent week at friends of friends while they were away from home and it provided an excellent base from which to get things sorted.
Now we’re in our own place with most things in place. I just have to rewire some plugs so that they fit into these strange Australian sockets…
What … is the polarity in the sockets reversed in the southern hemisphere, just as the wind currents and the water spiraling down the drain?
I’m not sure. I’ve been given some ominous warnings. All seems to work so far, though…
Just be careful when you plug them in…
