So here's another thought for you. There are some classic theme songs to TV shows for kids that involve animals. So, for example, the majestic Black Beauty…


Britain does us proud. Even the Yanks could do quite well. First their obsession with dogs…


and after that 50s classic, there's this 80s wonder, from over the northern border…


Even a show about a bilingual aquatic mammal had a certain charm in it's Sinatra-esque swing theme…


And yet when it comes to the land of my exile, all they could muster is this…
